While borrowing as needed from many different schools of therapy, most treatment plans focus on establishing short-term goals to realize immediate gains in daily living. Most treatment involves some form of:

  • Self-Worth Building

  • Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)

Self-pay rates for those not wishing to use insurance is $160 per ~60 minute session. Sliding scale is possible in cases of financial difficulty.
